Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following payment and shipping options:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can place orders using Cash on Delivery (COD).

With COD, payment is made when the parcel is delivered to your doorstep.

Advance Payment Orders

Customers may also place orders through advance payment.

Advance payment orders are usually processed more quickly and may receive priority handling, resulting in faster dispatch and delivery times compared to standard COD orders.

Order Processing Time

- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may vary during sales, promotions, or peak seasons.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

- Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Special promotions may include free shipping on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided when available through our courier partners.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, Collection 4U is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Public holidays

- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect information is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order without a valid reason, Collection 4U reserves the right to limit future Cash on Delivery services for that customer.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with relevant photos so we can review the issue and assist accordingly.
